I love to photograph scenes that have a natural frame. On this shot, I actually bracketed 14 exposures, each 1 stop apart, and combined them with the help of a software called, Photomatix Pro. The cave was nearly pitch black while the outside was lit by the early morning sun. The dynamic range was HUGE! With the bracketed exposures, I was able to show detail both in the dark cave and the bright waves.
